Cancellation

 

Chocolove Mart wishes to help its customer with its liberal policies.

Chocolates are eatables, and the Order preparation starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Therefore, cancellations are entertained only if the same is stated within 2 hrs of placing order.

Later the order will not be cancelled, in any case.

 

Return and refund

 

We prepare and pack our products in best possible way. Still then there can be conditions like weather changes, season or mishandling by Courier Company which may cause anomaly in product. In such cases, we don’t hold the responsibility of deformation of products.

Also, as the products are edible and perishable, so we don’t accept any Return and Refund requests.
