CHOCOLATES:

Chocolove Mart welcomes you to its website www.chocolovemart.com . If you continue to browse, use and buy from this site, you are agreeing to abide by all the terms and conditions of the company.

 

The name “Chocolove Mart” or “us” or “we” refer to the owner of the website. The name “you” refers to everyone who is using the website and service.

 

*      The website content is for general information and use, and therefore can be changed by us, as and when necessary.

*     

  • Delivery in Jaipur- Currently, we offer Self pick up from our Location, via Uber Car (for Cakes) and Swiggy Genie (for Chocolates).

  • Outside Jaipur/ PAN India Delivery- If your pincode is serviceable by DTDC, We can ship Chocolates, Brownies, Tea Cakes and Cookies to you. There will be Shipping (acc. to DTDC) and packaging charges for safety of products. The package will be shipped through DTDC courier.

  • When supplying out of Jaipur, we again ensure proper packing. The Chocolates are heat sensitive, so we put ice packing but we cannot promise for further effects of season.

  • We will provide Tracking information of the parcel via email, sms or whatsapp message, kindly track the parcel from DTDC website.

  • We dispatch courier on next working day of receiving order. Sometimes couriers may get delayed due to festive season or for any other reason, by the courier company. In that case, we will not be responsible for any delay and customers need to check with the provided courier details and Courier Company.

*   We dispatch through DTDC Courier generally, if delivery for some pin code is unavailable or there are some other unforeseen reasons, then we may use other Professional Courier Services too.

 

*      In case any Product/item displayed on the website is out of stock, it would not be supplied and amount paid against the same would be refunded. Company will not be under any obligation to supply the same.

 

*      The courier will be supplied through DTDC courier. For delivery information, buyers need to check with Courier Company only, as Courier Company is responsible for the delivery.

 

*      Chocolate is a temperature/heat sensitive product, so we may put cold packing as necessary but we cannot promise about adverse effects of season.

 

*      As the supplied products are edible, so the products once shipped will not be cancelled or returned. We bubble pack all delicate stuff, give support of Styrofoam/thermocol as needed. If it still breaks while shipping then we will not be responsible.

 

*      Our responsibility ceases as soon as the goods have been dispatched from our shop. We are not responsible for any theft, damage, and missing items.

 

  • In case of any disputes the matter will be settled in Jaipur Court only.

CAKES:

*      The website content is for general information and use, and therefore can be changed by us, as and when necessary.

 

*   Please place orders at least 72 hours in advance. We prepare every cake fresh so will not be able to take last minute orders.

*    Delivered Cake has to be stored at 4-8 degrees in refrigerator and  consumed on same day.

​

*    Payment:   When placing an order, there will be a non-refundable deposit required (75%) or payment in full in order to secure your order and date requested.  If payment is not made within 24 hours from the time your invoice is sent, your order WILL be cancelled and will not be reissued.  Your order is not complete until payment has been made and cleared.  Once your order has been confirmed, there will be no changes.  So be sure to include as much detail as possible.

*    Delivery:  Please See we do not deliver but in some cases it can be done and will be chargeable. **Delivery Fee includes delivery to your given location (anything other than you picking up). No deliveries or pick-ups will be made after 9 pm.

*       Pick Up:    *To properly accommodate all orders appropriately, please pick up no earlier than your allotted/scheduled time. Picking up early may result in a inconvenience/rush order fee.

 

***We reserve the right to refuse an order.

*      We keep Cakes ready on Booked day. Sometimes Cakes may get delayed due to Traffic or for any other reason, by the Delivery boy/company. In that case, we will not be responsible for any delay and customers need to check with the provided Delivery person details and Company.

 

*      Cake & Chocolate are temperature/heat sensitive product, so we do packing as necessary but we cannot promise about adverse effects of season or shipping.
